How can I do business with Axis?

How long will I have to wait to get the candidates?

In general, we are able to provide you with a list of potential candidates after a few days following the interview. Sometimes we have to post the jobs descriptions and wait for the applications to enter our system but we are proactive and we can quickly refer you to people from our bank of applications.

Does Axis offer the possibility of large-scale recruitment?

Yes ! Axis is proud to offer this option. Our team has an expanded network. We have the possibility to find skilled labor quickly and in large quantities. The deadlines could obviously vary according to your sector of activity.


Do you recruit confidentially?

If I do business with Axis, can I be guaranteed manpower when I need it?

Doing business with Axis is like doing business with a subcontractor. It’s also the equivalent of adding a human resources department to your company. We live with the same constraints as everyone in terms of the availability of the workforce. However, the difference is that we work on it full time with a team of specialists.


Am I protected from infractions by taking Axis employees?

The employees we send to your jobsites have the required skills and certifications. In addition, they are trained and supervised by us in terms of occupational health and safety. Although there is a legal division of responsibilities, we respect all the practical and administrative steps of a diligent employer.


Can I hire Axis employees?

Unfortunately no. We can not refer you manpower for construction sites governed by the CCQ. However, we will be pleased to help you with your labor needs for other areas not subject to the R-20 Act such as technical, administrative or supervisory positions.


What if I am dissatisfied with an Axis employee?

We want to work together with our customers. We know that we can not get it right on each and every time. We ask the cooperation of our customers to be able to send you the person who can contribute the most to your operations. We are flexible, listening and working for your success!


Am I safe from the claims of the CCQ?

Yes entirely. We are the employer and we take care of the management of hours and pay very strictly.
