By working with our clients, you will be responsible for tasks related to the position of construction estimator for residential, commercial, institutional and industrial projects.

Responsabilities

Assess customer needs and provide knowledgeable and specialized product advice (preliminary analysis of construction plans)
Make requests to suppliers as needed
Write submissions on time
Validate the price structure with his superior
Track changes or extras following a change in the submission
Keep up to date on new products and their technical applications
Perform other related duties.
Provide technical sheet to the customer as needed

Desired profile

2 years or more of experience in a similar position, construction experience (asset)
Great facility for reading plans and specifications
Good computer knowledge such as: Microsoft (Word, Excel), estimation software (Quoter plan or XR an asset Knowledge of technical calculations
Have good analytical skills, meticulousness, precision and attention to detail;
Excellent ability to manage priorities and sense of organization, be able to work under pressure;
Bilingualism (asset)
